Training Sessions every Monday & Thursday

To help with motivation for fitness against the challenges of dreich days, Covid, family life and work, we thought of putting together an hour, weekly zoom session, to squeeze into our week. Nick, Lynn B and Louise would love as many members possible, any level to join us every Monday and Thursday evening 6.30-7.30 starting 11th February.

Plan for starters;

10 minutes ergo warm up & chat
20 minute ergo session
10 minutes cool down, ergo session with Nick
10 minutes strength & conditioning with Lynn B
10 minutes stretching with Louise

We’ll share the Zoom link via email and WhatsApp at least two days before and are very much hoping as many members will join as possible. As with any exercise, you’ll work at your own intensity.

You’ll need an ergo. If you’d like an ergo from the clubhouse please message Nick. 1st come, 1st served with an ergo rota if demand exceeds supply.
